Ellia

Ellia, my senior capstone project, is designed to support women with ADHD in managing their daily symptoms. The project began with research to identify a key problem: how can I help women with ADHD become more aware of their symptoms so they receive appropriate support?
To address this, I developed a cohesive resource system that combines both digital and physical tools. This system includes a mobile app alongside a care package featuring a journal, an undated planner, weighted sweatshirts for anxiety relief, and stickers. Together, these elements work to provide accessible, everyday support.
Ellia is built around an approachable and welcoming brand identity, making the experience feel inclusive and easy to engage with. By also addressing the frequent misdiagnosis or late diagnosis of ADHD in women, the project promotes greater awareness and understanding of how ADHD presents in women.
